Napelton sold me a car with hidden damage. They won’t stand behind the deal we made. Don’t ever buy a car from the assholes. They told me they don’t care.

Very easy and straight forward. I’m sure it is what is taught in sales, but the only thing I didn’t like was the question, “if I can get you this price would you agree to buy it”. I would have preferred to be given the best price, and let me decide. The other way feels like I am being pressured.

I shared my thoughts on several emails to the GM so I’m not inclined to go into comments that I already submitted. The leadership of this dealer is responsible for training and vetting their sales staff so it’s not 100% on this individual. Want to improve? Sales training would be helpful and listening skills as well. We were not heard in this entire process but that’s on all of the management we dealt with that day and they just did not care….also I have had about six emails and mailings asking for feedback so this gets a bit redundant.
